Poor Voices United is a member of the Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign and staff of the University of the Poor. We are a diverse group of people who have come together in order to put faces and voices to the human rights violations of poverty in New Jersey. Our current program is focusing on the crisis of health experienced by so many of us. We are working to build a free health clinic and an organizing center to fight for the health rights of all people regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, socioeconomic status, and/or sexual orientation. We welcome you to join us in the struggle to end poverty through the promotion of human rights.
Poor Voices United recognizes the importance of education. We are currently searching for community leaders who are committed to the advancement of economic human rights and social justice.
